Another innovative design concept from Nokia, the morph concept. Featured in The Museum of Modern Art ?Design and The Elastic Mind? exhibition, the Morph concept device is a bridge between highly advanced technologies and their potential benefits to end-users. Developed by NRC (Nokia Research Center) in collaboration with the Cambridge Nanoscience Centre (United Kingdom), Morph is a concept phone that using nanotechnology which enables materials and components that are flexible, stretchable, transparent and remarkably strong. Users should be able to transform their cell phone into different shapes.

We probably see this technology another 5-7 years in the future, by using nanotechnology, hopefully can lead to low cost manufacturing solutions and the possibility of integrating complex functionality at a low price.

Apple’s iTunes store is hands down the most popular place to buy music around. Many people have tons of tracks in iTunes and teh ability to listen to those tracks on a wide variety of mobile phones while on the move would be a great thing for most music fans.
I picked up an 
Mozilla CEO, John Lilly has hinted in an Interview that we may be seeing Firefox Mobile in a few weeks time. If the reports are true, we may see an alpha version of Firefox Mobile very soon. An excerpt from the interview:

30 year-old Philadelphia guy Vin Marshall and nine of his friends built this 2,000-pound replica tank from junkyard parts, complete with a functioning pneumatic cannon that fires hot dogs. Believe it or not it moves using pedal power. It has enough room to fit hardware for six peddlers and yield about 1.5 horsepower.

I have covered a myriad of gaming mice here over the months and one thing most all gaming mice have in common is that they are all wired. We got a chance recently to check out a robot of the cute and cuddly variety, as opposed to the kind that will take your face off. The sickeningly cuddly and cute WowWee Alive Panda Cub. While it doesn’t go so far as to chew bamboo in your livingroom and call itself Ling-Ling, it’s an impressive huggable robot for the kid or the grown up in your life. The final verdict? One thing that sucks about playing games like Rock Band and Guitar Hero is that the peripherals take up a lot of space in your home. Sony Ericsson brings us some spy love with the special edition Sony Ericsson C902 Titanium Silver aka James Bond’s Quantum of Solace mobile phone. Just like the 
Researchers at Boston University believe they can combine LED bulbs with wireless networking technology. The technology will be able to communicate data using light at speeds up to 10Mbps, and can even be adapted to existing power lines. Interestingly, the bulbs will use the same diode for lighting the room and providing the network connection, flickering “like tremendously fast signal lights.” They seem pretty lit up about it.

Now, if you can create a gun that will shoot these AK-47 bullet ice cubes into drinks, you’ll be the talk of the town for your killer drinks. On the other hand, if you’re the violent sort, you may well create a gun that will shoot these into a person, since they will melt and leave no evidence. I guess that’s my dark side working overtime. 
“Two Lamps” is a simple and genius solution for joining a rechargeable flashlight with your lamp. At least it looks like it doesn’t completely suck. The flashlight is probably not that powerful, but just knowing where your flashlight is and having it at the ready is what’s awesome here. Plus, it saves space. Sadly, it’s just a concept right now, but it’s one that can easily find a place in the home. We’re thinking it will be available in a year.
